Modern Woman Exhibition 1 December 2006
Modern Woman Exhibition 1, held in the Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh under the patronage of H.R.H. Princess Hessa Al Shaalan, wife of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The exhibition was organized in association with the Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Female Section and the DSCA Charitable Association. Sponsors were Al Rajhi Bank, Motorolla, Diet Pepsi as the main beverage sponsor, and Al Eqtisadia Newspaper as the media sponsor. The success of the exhibition was met with a big response from the audience and media represented in local magazines and newspapers & a request from most participants to re-orgainze it on yearly basis.
Modern Women Forum and exhibition 2 November 2007 Modern Women Forum and exhibition 2, held in the Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh under the patronage of H.R.H. Princess Reema Bint Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The exhibition was organized in association with the Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Female Section and the DSCA Charitable Association. The Forum was organized in association with Lavender Scent and allied with free lectures, workshops presented by well-known speakers from different countries. At the Forum final ceremony an "Award for Woman Entrepreneur – AWE" was announced for next year in Modern Woman Forum & Exhibition 2008 honoring the achievements of distinguished Saudi Business Women. Sponsors were Al Rajhi Bank, Al Rabie Saudi Foods Company, Al Khayala Airlines, Bank Al Jazira, Ahmed Abdulwahed Trading Co., Azwaq for Food Co. Ltd., Kwik Kopy Business Center, Nestle, Golnar, Ein ART, Rotana Magazine, Snob Magazine, Al Wataniya Advertising publishing & Media development and Maktoub.com. Our aim is to show the value of the Saudi women role in the society development, looking for practical solutions to overcome barriers facing women in the professional and commercial domains, encouraging women to enter the business world and taking over the leadership, and enabling women to play their natural role in economic development process. Modern Women Forum and exhibition 3 December 2008 For the third year, Modern Women 3 exhibition was organized to continue the journey we started with Modern Woman 2006 in showing the role that Saudi Women reached in the economic development process; held in the Four Seasons Hotel. The exhibition was organized in association with Disabled Children’s Association. Sponsors were Al Rabie Saudi Foods Company, Al Jazirah Vehicles, Saudi Import Co. (Banaja), Goody, Aisha Touch, Riyadh Bank, Golden Flag Est., MBC as an exclusive media sponsor, Sayedaty Magazine & Al Jazirah Newspaper, Alam Hawaa as electronic sponsor. For the first time the workshops accompanied with the exhibition were sponsored by Training centers owned by females Al-Areeba Center, Pearl Service Center for Woman Training. The workshops were presented by well known speakers and certified by GOTOVET.
Business & Investment Forum and exhibition June 2008
Business & Investment Forum and exhibition, held in Riyadh Marriott Hotel, under the patronage of HE Dr. Ibrahim A. Al Asaf, Minister of Finance. The exhibition was organized in association with Capital Market Authority and ENSAN a Charity committee for orphans care Charitable Association. Sponsors were STC, as main sponsor, Banque Saudi Fransi, Al Rajhi Financial Services Co., Bank Al Jazira, Kafala Funding Program, Rana Investment Co., Falcom, Bakheet Investment Group, Saad Bin Abdullah Al Ghunaim Law Firm, Arabia TV Channel, • Al Eqtisadiya Newspaper, Argaam.com, Gulfbase.com and Aswaqweb. As one of the most highly anticipated financial and business events in Saudi Arabia the forum supported the financial activities and investment in the Kingdom through the present and enrich the culture of world business and investment and provide an opportunity for all participants to offer their services and investments across a short symposia contribute to the definition and expansion of citizen's information that there are many ways to invest and to propose practical solutions to assist in decision-making by investors by well-known speakers providing brief seminars to deepen the understanding of possible investors on the different opportunities in changing and challenging times.
Kids & Women World exhibition May 2007 Kids & Women World exhibition, held in the Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh under the patronage of H.R.H. Princess Adela Bint Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, Chair Lady for SANAD Charitable Organization, with SANAD as the charitable associate. Sponsors were Al Rabie Saudi Foods Company, Gardenia Haute Couture, Shalky, Orbit, Rotana Magazine, Snob Magazine, Al Wataniya Advertising Publishing & Media Development and Maktoub.com. A Fashion Show for Shalky (Saudi Designer Qassem Al Qassem) and Gardenia Haute Couture on the opening day was a big surprise for the visitors along with a Karate demonstration for the team of trainees of the female Saudi Trainer Ms. Bodoor Al Sadhan.
